Our Education Packages
The suite of Respect At Work – RAW education packages are designed to optimise leaders current working knowledge and awareness around the new provisions under the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth) and the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
Leaders complete the training packages based on the understanding it adds value through the lens of “Respect At Work” in taking accountability, recognising behaviour and taking action to interrupt or prevent conduct that amounts to unlawful conduct at work.
Our point of difference lies in our expertise in various industry sectors and our approach in moving beyond simply raising awareness and more about building people capability through developing practical leadership skills.
